Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Knit Cozy, all items are carefully selected and many are hand-dyed in small batches. Please review our policy below before making your purchase.

Returns & Store Credit

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for store credit:

  • Yarn must be unused, unwound, and in its original form (skeined, caked, etc.).

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Store credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Yarn that has been wound, caked, or altered in any way

  • Used items

  • Sale items

  • Custom or dyed-to-order yarn


Seasonal Collections & Advents

Due to the limited and seasonal nature of these offerings, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Seasonal collections

  • Limited edition releases

  • Preorders

  • Advent calendars

These items are produced in small batches specifically for the season and cannot be restocked once sold.


Class Registration Policy

Class seats are limited and materials are often prepared in advance.

  • Class registrations may be transferred to another class date with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class time are non-transferable.

  • No-shows are not eligible for transfer or credit.

This policy allows us time to offer the seat to another student and ensure classes remain sustainable.
