Coventry Cowl: Two-Session Knitting Class

Add a little sparkle to your knitting! Join us to make Tanis Gray’s beautiful Coventry Cowl, a project featuring lace, twisted stitches, and beads.

Your instructor will guide you through the chart, adding beads as you knit, and the techniques used in the pattern. Registration includes your own copy of the Coventry Cowl pattern.

Choose your ticket option:

Class + yarn, beads & pattern — $105
Includes both class sessions, two skeins of Cascade 220 Superwash, the six-hundred beads needed for the cowl, and your own copy of the pattern. Bring the tools listed below.

Class + complete supply kit — $149
Includes both class sessions, yarn, beads, your own copy of the pattern, and the needles, hook, and notions needed for the project (listed below).

When: Saturday, October 24 and Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 1–4 p.m. each day

Where: Knit Cozy Yarn Shop - 1150 E Deuce of Clubs, Suite E

Skill level: Intermediate. You should be comfortable with basic knitting; we’ll work through the cowl’s lace, chart, and bead techniques together.

Bringing your own tools? You’ll need:

• 24-inch circular needles in US sizes 6 and 8

• Size 10 (0.75 mm) crochet hook for adding beads

• Tapestry needle

• 15 stitch markers, with one different color for the beginning of the round

• Ruler or sticky notes to keep your place on the chart

• Susan Bates Handi Tool

Registration covers both three-hour sessions. Please choose your supply option before adding the class to your cart.
